Phoenix of Goodness

The further we look into the universe, the more we are surprised that it does not grow darker, but rather it becomes brighter, revealing itself to contain an infinite number of points of light.  Humanity has been crazed for ages with the obsession of darkness and destruction, even annihilation - but does not another reality exist?  That of wonder, and of goodness, and of mystery, and of beauty?  There is indeed a vast goodness around us, and it remains elusive until we begin to believe that it exists.  When we believe that it exists, we can begin to grab hold of it.  As I continue to create things and sounds, I have to come to understand that these have never existed before the time at which I create them and bring them into being - they have been waiting to be introduced, eternally longing to be found and brought into the life I now have and share.  The days and myths of sin and of a veil of darkness are falling to the side -- a new day rises, bringing with it the light and original blessing that has been waiting for each of us since the beginning.  It is now, that I am realizing, that this goodness is the gift that had always been offered and given.  This light and goodness has been waiting to be chosen - it is immanent in this very moment - in the here and now.  It all comes down to a choice.  Life is the good gift.  What we choose to do in life is our gift back.  It is not a wish nor a hope, but rather an offering and a response, set free by awareness and gratitude.  We are as gods, creating and becoming the very thing we have sought.  We are, indeed, the ones we have been waiting for.   Deep within us all is a source, that can overflow with imagination, creativity, wonder, goodness, love, and longing,  The heart and mind is the conduit that connects us to the Divine in the simplest of manners - it just "is."  Within us all is the wellspring of God.  Our consciousness is slowly shifting to a place where we are beginning to comprehend that heaven is gently being pulled down to earth.
